Highlights: July 12-16Taylor Hicks8 p.m. at the Pageant, 6161 Delmar Boulevard. $45. 314-726-6161. "American Idol" Taylor Hicks may not be a huge CD sales force, but when it comes to his concerts, he has fans to spare. His Soul Patrol snapped up tickets to his sold-out concerts in March, helping pave the way for a summer tour that's coming to town this weekend. In fact, the singer with the salt-and-pepper-hair doesn't seem too worried about being upstaged by Chris Daughtry, whom Hicks beat out during "American Idol." "I'm happy for Chris," Hicks says. "I'm a different artist from him, and we're in different genres. You can't pigeonhole my music. And I'm a career artist. Steady and slow wins the race. That's the way I feel about my music." His CD "Taylor Hicks" includes the single "Just to Feel That Way."
